This form is to reserve your child's spot in FolkCOLOMBIA Escuela's fall 2023. Classes are held on Saturday, from October 7 to December 16.
Please complete the form by filling all spaces. Make sure your information is complete and accurate, select the class your child/children would like to participate in. If you have more than one child participating, register each child with a separate form.
Important: Only registered students between the ages of 1 and 14 years old will be able to participate in our classes.
