Students, parents and school staff should utilize this form if they desire to schedule an appointment with the school counselor (Mrs. Wilkinson), the school nurse (Nurse Hillegass) or the school social worker (Mrs. Pierczynski).  This form should also be used to share information with any of the support staff regarding a GECHS student.  

All support staff and Mr. Allen have access to form responses.  Please keep in mind that form responses are not monitored 24/7.  Staff receive an email indicating someone has completed a form, but email may not be accessed by staff for extended periods of time during the school day.  Therefore, if you have an emergency or urgent situation please call the school at 704-922-2405.  Students should immediately let a teacher know so a referral can be made to the front desk.
