Wild Rose (Waushara County) Reopening School Survey 6/23 - 6/29
Dear School District of Wild Rose Parents and Guardians,

Please complete the 6 question survey below.  This survey will be open from June 23rd to June 29th.

The Waushara County School Districts (Tri-County, Wild Rose, and Wautoma) are working together with the Waushara County Department of Health to determine how to best reopen schools for the 2020-2021 school year, and we are administering this survey to respectfully ask for your input on this process.  Thank you for your feedback.

I feel comfortable sending my child(ren) to school with all other students attending knowing that numerous safety measures will be in place. *Physical distancing will be a safety measure, but may not be possible in every school setting. *Facial coverings MAY be required as a safety measure for riding on the school bus. *Facial coverings will be recommended, but not required in the school setting.
I feel comfortable sending my child(ren) to school on an alternating day schedule ( Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) where only 50% of the students in the school district can attend on a school day so physical distancing can be practiced to the best of our ability. *Facial coverings MAY be required as a safety measure for riding on the school bus.
I DO NOT feel comfortable sending my child(ren) to school due to COVID-19 and I would rather have my child(ren) stay home and attend school virtually through a Learning Management System provided by the school district.
If we have to limit the number of students on a school bus due to social distancing, are you willing to provide transportation for your student(s) to and from school on a frequent and reliable basis with any school schedule? *
