Mid County Parks and Recreation Community Impact Survey
If you are not aware, there is a Mid County Parks and Recreation District that serves Tillamook County within the district lines of Tillamook School District #9.  Currently, there is no funding for this parks and recreation district and we are gathering information on how we can best serve our community and service area.

When taking this survey, please keep in mind that the goal of the Mid County Parks and Recreation District is to collaborate with existing services, programs and facilities (OSU Extension, YMCA, senior programs, art programs, sports clubs, etc) and enhance but not duplicate efforts.

Completion of the survey will be enter you to win a fabulous prize!  You will be contacted if you are a winner with details on where to pick up your prize. Your private email will not be used for any reason unless you otherwise instruct.
