Foundation46 Impact Grant Application
With larger funding requests, the response you receive from the Foundation may be one of the following:
1. A letter emailed to applicants with a decision regarding the grant request.
2. A request to meet with you and other professionals involved. Our committee will come to your building to learn more about your project. When the meeting request is made, we will notify you of some specific follow up questions that we believe need to be addressed before a recommendation for funding can be made.
If your project relates to District 46 Planning and Design team work (ELL, Next Generation Science Standards, Math, Technology) and outcomes, please refer to this when describing the need your project will address.
Applications submitted will be valid for two years. If your application is not funded at this time, it may be funded in the future. If you receive funds from another source or wish to withdraw your request, please notify Foundation 46 of your intent to cancel your application.
If for any reason all awarded funds are not used for the project/program submitted, recipients are required to return any unused portion. All F46 grant recipients will be required to submit a brief evaluation report within 9 months of receiving grant funds. You will receive a request and a link to a google form to complete this process. The report will summarize effectiveness of the program and actual funds used. This will help F46 demonstrate our impact to potential donors!
