You must have a Discord account to sign up. If you are contacted through Discord and do not respond in a timely fashion you may lose your spot. Please ensure all information entered is accurate.

There are TWO check-in phases:
- 24 hours before the tournament
- 2 hours before the tournament

You must be available on Discord at these times or you may lose your spot. Only the first 40 people are guaranteed a spot and will be initially contacted. Signups after the first 40 are on the waitlist and may be contacted at any time.

We will be collecting game stats such as favored heroes to make a nice infographic summarizing the tournament. You will not be personally identified in the statistics we publish. By signing up you agree we can use data about the tournament games you participate in.

Additionally, by signing up, you agree that your MMR may be shared with other participants for the purposes of transparency. If you are found to be smurfing or otherwise misrepresenting your MMR, you will be ineligible for prizes and may be banned from future tournaments. Tournament winners will be checked for smurfing.

If you win the tournament, you will have to submit your real name and address in order to receive your prize. This information will be used for shipping purposes only and will be securely deleted afterwards.
