BETA Club 2020-2021 Expectations
       -All new members will pay a $35 fee.
       -Maintain a B average or better in each class.
       -Complete of 1 LMS Service Project.
      -Complete of 1 Outside Service Project*.
(*An outside service project is defined as any time a student gives 2 hours of their time or minimum of $15 monetary donation to help others, receiving nothing in return.).

VIRTUAL STUDENTS: Contact sponsors directly about service project options. You will still be required the same 2 projects but we have options also for you and your situation.

This form and your payment are due no later than Friday March 12th.

Please check spelling of student's name. How it is entered on this form is how it will appear on the student's certificate, yearbook, and announcement video.
