Kualapuu PCS: Planning for Extended School Closure (Parent Survey)
This survey is find out how prepared our families are for a school closure due to COVID-19.  There are two basic goals right now for us right now:   1) Keeping our children, staff, and community safe;   2) Continuing learning opportunities for our children.  

Our school is taking a proactive approach to planning for instruction.  We want to ensure we're equipped to temporarily switch to online and distance learning if we are instructed to close our campus for an extended period of time.  Please take the time to complete this survey as best as possible.  This survey should take about 2-5 minutes.
