Welcome! I'm Mel and I feel like EVERYONE can reach food peace, even after weight loss surgery. Weight loss surgery is a tool you have chosen, but it is not a magic bullet. Your relationship with food and your weight is not fixed immediately after surgery.

I have opened up  a few 1-on-1 coaching spots especially for women who have had weight-loss surgery and are still struggling with eating well, feeling comfortable with their food choices, and finding peace with their body size and weight.
