In this form, we're giving out some of the information we've gathered AND we'd like to have a loose headcount of those who would be
genuinely interested in attending this event! As such, we'd be able to coordinate with the venue for better packages, better pricing, and overall better experience for you!

At Battle & Brew, they offer food and drinks (yes, even alcoholic drinks) but their main attractions are their TVs with just about
every console ready for plug-and-play, many assortment of board games available, and tower of 8 PCs hooked up for almost any game (along some preloaded games from Steam, Origin, BattleNet, Epic Games--with the ability to download your own games to play!). It's truly an unique experience and it's all local at Sandy Springs!

OUR ASK 🎮
Our conversation with the venue is as follows: we'd like to reserve the space for 2 hours of gaming, eating, and socializing at the venue. We'd partake in party games (4 players or more) to involve as many people as possible, maybe some may sit down and enjoy a meal and a drink, maybe get a few people on the PC towers and play some games online. It'd be like a FWAffice Video Game meet, but no fursuits, unfortunately!
As part of the conversation, we told them we are going to expect 30 individuals.

As such, the venue offered us a package with the following details:
- Dedicated gaming section with access to Console and Tabletop games for up to 2 hours.
- Signature Battle & Brew buffet which includes a selection of our fan favorites - Pizza flatbreads, Chicken tenders, Nachos, Hummus, Sweet potato fries and Tots.
- 2 drink tickets per guest, redeemable for alcoholic beverages from the bar up to $10 in value. Tickets may be redeemed for non-alcoholic options (coffee, red bulls, mocktails).
- Unlimited fountain drinks

THE PRICE🎮
Running through our calculations and their offer,
we estimate that the price for this event would be around $50 per person to cover for all expenses offered above.
That's $50 for EVERYTHING in their offer for 2 hours.
However, this is not concrete, but an offer! We are able to have a discussion with the venue to negotiate what we'd like or not like in the package to see how that would affect the price. That's where this form will come in!

We'd like to be transparent where we can with the group for two reason:Â
- to show you just a snippet of how conversations go in the backend and take time to come through, and
- to show you some of the work we put in to make these events for you
This year, we're taking off our training wheels and going bigger and, with your help, better! We'd like to be able to offer these events and more, and we can only do it with your support.
Not only that, we'd also want to spread out and engage our local scene outside of furry--such as venues like these--to become familiar and to support local businesses--especially those tangential to our own fandom.
The reality, however, is that these venues require a headcount and always come at a steep price, which is the third and final reason why we're detailing this. If we don't meet the average or expected attendance, we'll have to postpone and replace the meet with another, more affordable meet.
