Top Shelf: Cookbook Club

VPL Presents Top Shelf, a debuting cookbook club. Looking to share your love of food and cooking with others? Are you new to cooking and want to test your skills in the kitchen? Join us for an evening of tempting dishes and tastier conversations with other culinary-minded chefs of all skill levels. Following the theme of the month, each participant will pick a recipe, prepare it, and bring it to the meeting.

Buongiorno! In June, Top Shelf will be journeying along the Mediterranean with recipes from Italy! Italian cuisine is extremely diverse with distinct recipes from every region. Perhaps you'll try your hand at making Orichiette a la Broccoli Rabe from Puglia, or Olive Panzanella from Tuscany! Sign-ups are available now.
