This group is offered for students who are dealing with a change in their family due to separation, divorce, loss, incarceration and/or being raised by another family member/guardian.  The group will be facilitated by myself  and/or Mrs. Watkins, our Elementary Student Assistance Program Counselor.  My intern may also assist as well.  I have attached an interest slip for you to complete so I can begin planning for the groups.  I will do my best to accommodate all requests or make other recommendations.  The group will first be available to new or first time participants in this group.  This form will also serve as a permission slip if they are chosen to participate in a group.  

Groups are typically 20-30 minutes, 1x per week for 6-8 weeks during the school day.
