As you can see this funnel specifically teases out seller prospects, and provides them something of IMMEDIATE value (Homebot digest). Leads are automatically set up on Raiya, seller alerts (with Homebot), and remarketing.

The cost per lead on Seller PPC leads varies from market to market, but have averaged between $35-$55. While this is expensive compared to our buyer campaigns, the reason for this is that the cost per click on Google for seller related keywords is north of $3-5. Fortunately, the registration rate is much higher than on Buyer PPC -- we're at around 11%+ (really good).
