We recognize these are difficult economic times (for our families and for Tamarack Camps). We want to remain financially sensitive and offer a range of options to meet the various needs of our community. 

Option #1: 
Rollover payment to next summer… we want you back!
All balances remain as a credit on your account for future programs. This option helps stabilize Tamarack Camps’ financial position as we begin to plan for Summer 2021. Families that roll over payment will “lock in” 2021 enrollment fees at the 2020 rate. (Note: at this point, we have yet to finalize the parameters for 2021 priority registration and are unable to guarantee placement in a particular program. During registration, we will use our best efforts to accommodate your preference; in the event a desired program is unavailable for Summer 2021, we will provide a full refund.)

Option #2: 
Pay it forward… if you are in position to help.
As you know, Tamarack Camps is a mission driven, non-profit organization. Through the generosity of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF) – All Together Now Matching Grant for Jewish Summer Camp  –  a donation of all or any portion of your camper payment will be matched dollar for dollar. These matched (tax deductible) donations will ensure that Tamarack Camps has incoming funds to reimburse families in need and enable the agency to continue its mission of building a vibrant community by providing enriching Jewish camping experiences for children and families, respectful of financial ability for years to come. Donating in full or in combination with Option #1 will entitle you to also secure 2020 rates, as set forth above.

Option #3: 
Full refund… these are difficult economic times.
Upon request, we will refund the full amount that you have paid toward enrollment for the summer of 2020. We will work our best to expedite your request; please recognize that processing payments may take up to 60 days. 

Option 4: 
Combination of the above… each option resonates.
In whatever way this feels most comfortable, please select a combination of Option #1, Option #2, and/or Option #3 (roll over, donate, refund). Please know that, prior to (and throughout) the COVID-19 crisis, Tamarack Camps incurred significant expenses in order to prepare for the summer; thus, any ability to roll over or donate (with HGF matching funds) is greatly appreciated.
