Communities In Schools, Parent Survey
The purpose of this survey is to help Communities In Schools of SWVA better serve the students and families attending Bristol VA Public Schools. Please answer the questions based on which school(s) your student(s) attends. If you have students attending multiple schools, you may fill out a survey for each school. All of your responses are anonymous, so please answer honestly! If you have any questions or concerns, please let Alex Littleton know at 276-821-8066, or alittleton@cisofswva.org. We greatly appreciate your time in answering our questions! There is a place at the end of the survey to leave your phone number if you would like to be entered into a drawing to win a $20 Kroger Gift Card. There will be 2 winners. Thank you!
