Classroom Request Form

This form is for Registered Campus Organizations to request a general assignment classroom. Requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance. Further, room assignments are on a first come first served basis and we cannot guarantee that we will have a room available for your preferred date/time.

NO ROOM/TIME CHANGE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL MONDAY, MARCH 31ST

Following your submission, you will receive an EOL application via Events Online. Please be sure to check your spam folder or log onto Events Online directly to view your dashboard.
  • If your EOL application for your weekly meeting has not been submitted by Monday, April 7th, your reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions.
  • If your EOL application for your one-time meeting has not been submitted at least 2 business days prior to your intended meeting, your reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions.

Form must be completed by an authorized signatory of an active RCO and all fields must be accurate for submission. Requests submitted less than 5 business days in advance will be denied.

Scheduling hours:  10:00am - 4:00pm     Requests received after 4:00pm will be processed the next business day. Please wait 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for a response. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR YOUR EOL OR LOG ONTO EVENTS ONLINE DIRECTLY TO VIEW YOUR DASHBOARD.

SCHEDULING NOTES: 

  • It is crucial that ALL reservations have a completed EOL application. Effective Spring 2025, we will be enforcing the following policy: If an EOL application for a weekly meeting is deactivated multiple times, the reservation will be canceled. For one-time events, if the EOL application is not completed at least 2 business days before the event, the reservation will be canceled. No exceptions.
  • No reservations on University holidays or during Finals week
  • There are no food or drinks allowed in the general assignment classrooms or hallways
  • Weekday reservations must start on the hour and end 10 minutes before the end of the hour (e.g. 6p - 7:50p)
  • Daytime classroom request (weekday requests before 6pm) start week 3 of each quarter.
  • We will begin accepting multiple room requests week 5 of each quarter. Prior to this date, RCO's can only have 1 room per week.
  • Outdoor reservation starts week 3 of each quarter (allow 3 weeks advance notice) 
  • Lottery sign-up starts week 8 (Winter, Spring & Fall quarter)
  • All weekend requests must be made at least 5 full business days in advance.  Also, there is a fee of $54.12 to have a classroom open on the weekend.  The fee does not include audio visual needs (data projector, microphone, etc.)
