Dear parents and caregivers

As part of our STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts & mathematics) programme, Pohutukawa students will be visiting the Science Roadshow at Cambridge Middle School on Tuesday 11 May from 10.00am-11.30am. We will travel by private vehicles and leave school at 9.45am and aim to arrive back at school by 12 noon.

Can you please fill in the following Google form, giving your permission for your child to attend and advising us of any updated medical or other information that we need to know. We require parent helpers for transport. Please advise if you are able to assist.
