Thank you for your interest in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competition. Harvard's Jessup team is recruiting for a fifth member to participate in the 2022-2023 competition. Jessup is a significant time commitment throughout the academic year: the written memorial will be due in January 2023; regional qualifying rounds will take place from February to March 2023 and the international rounds will take place from March to April 2023. All team members will receive two writing credits for either Fall Semester or J-Term, one credit for oral advocacy in Spring Semester, and are expected to attend all qualifying rounds during Spring Semester.

To apply, please:
(1) Fill out this application form by noon EDT, Monday, September 5th;

(2) Send your resume and a sample of your legal writing (a brief is preferred to a legal memo) to jessuphls@gmail.com by noon EDT on Monday, September 5th. If you are submitting your 1L Ames Brief, please indicate which section of the brief was written by you. You can also include a research writing sample related to international law, but the research writing sample is entirely optional.

(3) Send an email to jessuphls@gmail.com to request audition materials.

(4) Schedule and attend mandatory auditions on Saturday, September 10th.
