Which then creates space, safety and permission for our energy to flow again. 

And as our energy flows more fully toward romantic longing and desire, the more our energy flows toward life in general - 

Because we're ultimately holistic beings - our energy is our energy - 

And the more we say "yes" to one part of ourselves, the more we say "yes" to all parts of ourselves...

Romantic partnership can be one of the most charged, triggering topics for us - it cuts to the core of our heart’s longing and our basic human impulse for deep connection…

Which also means it’s also one of the most fertile areas for deeper exploration.
