Using this form you can apply for all three forms of citizenship in the State of Sandus: peregrine citizenship, social citizenship, and full citizenship. Peregrine citizenship is the first step on the path to becoming a full citizen, or civis. After spending a month as a peregrine citizen, you may decide to become a full Sandum citizen (civis), if you are eligible. For the purposes of this application, this is one track. For citizens of member-states of the Social System, you can also apply for social citizenship with this form.

By law, the process for applying for citizenship has several steps.
(1) The Central People's Government must vet and approve your application, seeing to it that you have affirmed all key principles of the Sandum philosophy and completed the requirements of the application.
(2) Once your application has been approved, your application is then sent to the Council of the State of Sandus where it is voted on by other Sandum citizens.
(3) After this, one is not immediately made a full Sandum citizen: you must swear the appropriate oath of citizenship, either verbally or in writing.
(4) Finally, in order to move from peregrine to full citizenship, one must spend a month, at least, as a peregrine citizen (akin to non-citizen residency) before one becomes a full Sandum citizen, or civis.
