By signing this form you are making sure the following has been completed:

(1)  Your family have reviewed the “Instrumental Music Registration Packet”

(2)  Noted all BAND CAMP dates on your home calendar. (Aug 7-11)

(3) Competitions are on Saturdays in October and November. Times are always TBA. (See schedule)

(4)  Note: Percussion and Color Guard have rehearsals during the summer.  Info will be given out at the workshops. See website for workshops.

(5)  Cleared out your schedule to make November 4th  free all day. We are hosting our 9th annual Marching Band tournament and need every family’s help that day.  We also perform in the evening!

(6)  Secured a spot in a year-long music class next school-year.
A music class is required to participate in Marching Band if you play a wind or percussion instrument.

(7)  Made sure your instrument is in working condition.

(8)  To achieve better balance some students might be asked to play other instruments.  Please list your primary instrument first.

(9)  Set time aside for practice on a weekly basis.  Our success relies on a combined effort from EVERYONE.
