Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce: Board of Director Expression of Interest 
Thank you for your interest in serving on the Salmon Arm Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

To qualify, individuals must:
  • Be active members in good standing.
  • Possess the availability and strong commitment to engage with our community members, understanding their needs and priorities, and reporting findings to the Board of Directors.
Serving on the Board of Directors entails not only attending meetings but also actively involving oneself. Each Director is expected to participate in various activities, including:
  • Active participation in all Board of Directors meetings and the annual strategic planning session.
  • Involvement in at least one (1) Board committee.
  • Engaging in membership activities and attendance at events hosted by the Chamber of Commerce or members.
  • Participation in training sessions provided to the Board of Directors.
In order to assist our Board Development Committee in the nomination process:
