Your feedback is valued! If you are a member OR a regular participant at our matches, please use this form to give us valuable feedback BEFORE NOVEMBER 15, 2020 that will help improve The Cowboys or help us help you. We are asking direct questions in order to have direct responses to help us plan better. Please do not assume that any questions are anything more than us truly wanting feedback and wanting to follow up on a variety of situations and discussions we've seen here and around the country at multiple clubs. We really do need an accurate response as to what type of volunteer support we have in place so that we can hope to plan accordingly. If we don't ask, then we don't know.

We are evaluating and planning for next year all the time. One of our concerns is that a large, multi-day match like The Gunfight Behind the Jersey Lilly is expensive and requires tons of volunteers and hours of work to make it happen. Our membership is getting older and our younger members are often working or busy with families, so your input on this is important to know before we plan our year. One a scale of 1-10, how important is having a multi-day match for you as a member? *

A match requires lots of work...here is a list of jobs compiled by our State board (thanks John and Annie!) that gives you an idea of what would be needed to successfully put on both monthlies and a big match. Monthly matches require less, but still have a variety of needs to be covered. Please click on any of the jobs below that you might be interested and available to help with. If we can get a big enough pool of volunteers, we could easily share responsibilities and make it possible to rotate from month to month etc. Please select as many as you like. *
