We provide 3rd party repairs on most wireless devices, at a low cost and quick turnaround. If your device was fixed before we CANNOT offer a warranty. If your device has liquid damage we CANNOT offer a warranty. Your warranty from a repair is for manufacturing defects only. We are not liable and the warranty DOES NOT cover if you break or drop the device in any way. Warranties DO NOT cover if your screen cracks again.

Warranty, Guarantee & Disclaimers *
By checking this box, you acknowledge the following. If a warranty is supplied to you by Phone Repair Philly, the warranty covers manufacturing defects only, DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED (such as cracking your screen). Phone Repair Philly reserves the right to deny a warranty if there are signs of water damage or physical damage. Any type of water damaged phone that is repaired is not guaranteed, and the customer should be warned that the phone may have issues in the future due to it. This will be a free warranty repair.  Warranties do not cover personal damages, drops, water damage, cracked screens. Common warranty issues involve fault touch screens, loose cables, and things related to the quality of the screen not working properly. By Checking "I UNDERSTAND" Below you are agreeing to this contract and waiver. We will hold any device left with us until the time of repair, and for 30 days after completing said repair. We will make multiple attempts to contact you via the number and/or e-mail you have left for contact. If we cannot contact you and the device is not collected within 30 days we reserve the right to sell the device to recover our cost of parts and labor.
