Thank you for your interest in the West District 4-H Horse Artistic Expression Contest.  This contest follows the rules and categories of the State 4-H Horse Artistic Expression Contest that runs during the NC State 4-H Horse Show.  Artistic submissions are welcome to be dropped off at the WNC Ag Center Friday April 26th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm or Saturday April 27th from 8:00am - 10:00am.  Judging will be after 10:00am.  Any  entries not picked up will be returned to your County's 4-H Agent.  Please label the back of your artwork with your name, county, age and contact number.
