IDI Education Request Form

This form should be used to direct requests to the Office for Institutional Diversity and Inclusion for workshops, seminars and education related to creating an inclusive campus community. Please complete the questions below and submit your request. Responses to requests will be addressed within one week.

Please be aware that the IDI Education Team has a fully booked calendar through May 2024.  We encourage you to complete this form so that we can consult and determine how we can best support you.
