2024 Ramadan & Easter Artist & Artisan Bazaar at Alif Institute
Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2024 Ramadan & Easter Artist & Artisan Bazaar. As a vendor, you help us start off the blessed season of Ramadan & Easter by coming together for a day of community, culture & support for humanitarian relief efforts as well as our local artist and artisan community.

In addition to showcasing the talent and creativity of our vendors, we will organize activities that:
- Fundraise to support humanitarian relief efforts in Gaza.
- Empower the community with updates about what is happening here and in Palestine and how we can help. 
- Talk about the personal impact of Gaza on our children's mental health and how we can support them as well as ourselves.

In the spirit of giving, Alif Institute is donating 50% ($35) of vendor booth rental fees to support the humanitarian medical work of the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF). We are also extending the opportunity to you, the vendors, to join us and be a part of this important humanitarian initiative. Vendors are encouraged (but not required) to further donate a percentage of their sales to PCRF using the special link we will provide.
  • Please review and complete this contract in its entirety to apply for a table at the Bazaar.
  • After submitting your application, we will reach out to you with a link for payment to Alif Institute and donation to PCRF. Please text a picture of the receipt to 404-452-8031.
  • Application time: 5 minutes
  • Please have all information ready, as the application cannot be paused.

DATE: SATURDAY, MARCH 9, 2024

TIME: 12 PM - 6 PM

LOCATION: EVENT HALL (INSIDE) AT ALIF INSTITUTE - 3288 MARJAN DRIVE, ATLANTA GA 30340
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: 
  • If the weather is nice, we will hold the bazaar outside. 
  • We will decide this by Wednesday, March 6. 
  • If we will hold the bazaar outside, you have the option of bringing your own tent or umbrella. You can also rent a tent from us for $25.
VENDOR ORIENTATION (VIRTUAL):  Thursday, March 7 at 6:30 PM via Zoom

TABLE RENTAL FEE
  • The total table rental fee is $70
  • Payments: $35 donation made directly to PCRF & $35 made directly to Alif Institute.
  • If you are accepted, we will send you two links: one to make the $35 donation to PCRF and one for Alif's fee. We will ask you that you text a picture of your donation receipt to 404-452-8031.
