Do you need nursery care during VBC? *
Nursery care will be provided, with prior registration, for children of volunteers who do not meet the age requirement to participate in VBC (children who did not turn 3 years old before 8.31.19). Nursery Registration Deadline: June 7th. Nursery registrations received after the deadline may not be accepted.
NURSERY: If you need nursery care during VBC, you must register your nursery-aged child(ren) by completing the 2020-2021 HTLC Youth Participation Form by June 7th.

BACKGROUND CHECK: HTLC will complete a background check on all Adult VBC Volunteers. A signed hard copy of the Background Check Authorization Form must be turned in to the church office by June 7th. If you completed a Background Check Authorization Form in 2019, you do not need to complete another one.

GUIDELINES FOR VOLUNTEERS: All VBC Volunteers must read, sign, and adhere to HTLC's Guidelines for Volunteers. A signed hard copy of the Guidelines must be turned in to the church office by June 7th. If you signed the Guidelines for Volunteers in 2019, you do not need to sign it again.
