Please note:
We will be paying each developer a % of the game's creations earnings unless they request only builds or scripts, then we will discuss from there.
You must be productive and you can get fired/kicked off the team.
We are a team that helps each other out, if they need help, you can help for free or ask for a % of their payment.
You can chose to work with multiple developers.
Keep in mind; we are creating games for people. We may create games for ourself.
You will not hog a lot of the %, again, this is NOT a game for ourself. This is basically commissions.
