Entry to Mindfulness - 7 Day Challenge
Course Purpose: No matter where you're currently at in life, there's no wrong time to start being more mindful.

I teach and coach the lesser-known side of mindfulness. This encourages people to explore on a deeper level who they are, what they want from life and how to reignite their spark by finding techniques and methods that work for their own mental health. This is just the entry, therefore I encourage you to show up for yourself every day of the challenge with an open mind.

There's no one-size-fits-all with mindfulness, it's a journey. This course will introduce you to your journey to see how mindfulness can work for you - spoiler alert... it works for everyone, you will already be doing mindfulness practices without realising, right now! So, let's get to work on giving you the start to what you really, truly want.

Course Logistics: This is a 7 day challenge course hosted via a private FaceBook group where daily content is released. This will contain guides, challenges, activities and any other support needed for each day's topic.
It's also for discussion, questions and general conversation for you all to get to know each other, along with a Zoom welcome call on day 1, a group check in on day 3 and a reflection chat on day 8.
