Please use the form below to let us know who you are and your top three preferred time slots to host. Time slots come on a first come, first serve basis.
If you are interested in performing more than one set or have any performance needs/requirements please let us know this in the special instructions box at the end of this form. It is possible that you will be slotted in for ALL THREE of the sets you choose, or you may only get one or two of them. It depends on the number of hosts we have register. We will always keep you informed.
