Brothers and Sisters of First Lutheran Church, as we approach a Vision Retreat (June 11th) and Voter's Assembly (June 12th) to help guide and inspire our Church operations in the next year, it is important that we take an opportunity to seek and assess your input and advice regarding the parts of our mission and ministry that matter the most to you. As with most Churches and other institutions, First Lutheran Church has changed and adapted to new realities and challenges associated with both the COVID-19 pandemic and frankly just the normal cyclical changes in the life of every Congregation as some members retire, change jobs, or move on to other places while new families and members arrive to worship with us.
To get an idea of where we are, we are soliciting your input to help us better understand and guide our Church, its focus, and efforts heading into the future. Please take the time to complete the Survey! We need your input, ideas, and a sense of your priorities to best serve both God and His Word as an active, engaged, and united Church.
This Survey will be available online and in printed form for those preferring that option. Once all responses are collected and analyzed, we will provide the results at the Voter's Assembly. Thank you for investing a little time in our future!
