Your application will be considered complete when it is signed, and the non-refundable activities fee, your child’s IEP and/or 504, ISP, Behavior Support Plan (if applicable), and any other safety protocols that will provide our acceptance personnel with the
necessary information about your child are submitted.
This application will take approximately 15-30 minutes and will need to be completed in one session.
