ERYLAX 2021 Coach and Volunteer Interest Form
Elk River Youth Lacrosse is seeking Parents, College and HS players to work with our youth program for the 2021 spring/summer season.  Please select the area and capacity you are interested in working with us. The ERYLAX Board will reach out to you to follow-up with more specific information.

Some of the areas we need assistance are as follows:
-Coaching or assisting teams for the regular season (April-July) - Head Coach/Assistant Coach
*New Training Requirements must be met for Head coaches *

-Assisting with field and games setup, check-in, concessions, etc.

ERYLAX is willing to authorize hours worked to count towards NHS or other needed volunteer hours (Please reach out if this is needed)

In some instances opportunities involve pay or compensation.
