The goal of this survey is to gain a better public understanding of knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to climate change across the Philippines and the world. This is a part of a research study led by graduate students of the University of Santo Tomas (UST). This survey is voluntary and will take about 5-10 minutes.

The information shall be processed for the purpose of this research only.

This study is conducted by the UST graduate students. In order to ensure that the UST graduate students cannot identify you and to keep your responses confidential, the UST graduate students do not collect your name, email, or any other information that could be used to identify you, unless you voluntarily give it to the researchers at the end of this survey.
