Thank you for your interest in scheduling a Speakers Bureau member to present via Zoom!  Please review the policies and requirements below before completing this form.

Note especially that this form must be submitted AT LEAST 3 WEEKS in advance of your requested dates.

The Holocaust Center for Humanity is located in Seattle, WA and priority is given to schools and groups in Washington State and the greater Pacific Northwest.  If you are outside this area, we encourage you to check this directory for your local Holocaust museum: https://www.ahoinfo.org/membership

POLICIES:
-This form must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of your requested dates.
-Most Zoom presentations are about 45 minutes long.  Please let us know if this poses an obstacle.
-Students should have previous knowledge of or lessons about the Holocaust; speakers do not serve as an introduction to the topic. If suggestions or resources are needed, just let us know!
-Once you hear from the Holocaust Center that a speaker is booked for one of your requested dates, please confirm with Center staff as soon as possible.
-Contact the speaker prior to the Zoom to introduce yourself and share a bit about your students. Speakers greatly appreciate this.
-Teachers must agree to both prepare and debrief the speaking engagements with students. The Holocaust Center will provide a guide to do so.
-For businesses and community groups, there is a suggested $50 donation. School Zoom presentations have no charge.
