Request for In-Person Attendance at the Regular Board Meeting
If you would like to attend the monthly Regular Board Meeting in-person, please fill out this form. Due to the room size and with consideration to health and safety, we will only be allowing 15 members of the public to be seated in room 735 of the Emily Griffith Building at 1860 Lincoln. If more than 15 people request to attend the meeting, there will be a random lottery to select 15 individuals.
The sign-up window to request in-person attendance will open at 10am on the Friday before the regularly scheduled Board meeting and will close at 5pm the day before the meeting. You will be notified about your ability to attend by 9am on the day of the Board meeting. If you are not selected to attend in room 735, you will be able to view the meeting on the 14th floor of the building where it will be live streamed for the public or you can view the meeting at https://vimeo.com/event/19525. The 14th floor has a capacity of 170 attendees. Once the room meets capacity, no more individuals will be allowed to enter. If you are selected but are no longer able to attend, we ask that you notify lori_atwood@dpsk12.org as soon as possible so that another member of the public be selected to attend.
Reminder that masks are required at all DPS facilities and all public comment will continue to be delivered virtually.
