REGISTRATION FOR CONNECTED SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ACADEMY                                                   (COSAA)
The Connected School Administrators Academy (COSAA) is an online academy for emerging and established school administrators and leaders. It is a three-month mentoring programme  designed to equip emerging and established school leaders with the knowledge, skills, resources, support and network needed to deliver efficiently and effectively on their demanding jobs in their schools.

The programme covers nearly every aspect of running a school operations and developing strategies to achieve them.

Behind every successful school is an excellent school leader/administrator. Our trainings enable school administrators and managers to inspire their teachers and improve their schools, while at the same time honing their skills and elevating their careers. It is also open to consultants who wan tto imrpove their administration practice.

COSAA is an intensive training for individuals preparing to take on heightened management roles in schools. COSAA participants study the best practices of successful schools and develop their administrative and management skills and mindset.

COSAA is a valuable tool for schools and individuals looking to build their management and administrative bench and equip themselves.

The programme commenced on the 3rd of Janury 2022 with the first Cohort. The nex cohort kicks off in April 2022 and certificates will be awarded at its completion. Support for participants of COSAA will be provided in an exclusive Whatsapp group where questions will also be answered.
