Time of Trial *
You can come and access the club during our staffed hours, Monday to Saturday to do a Gym session or a Group Fitness class. Please select when you would like to get started! Bookings are required for all Group Fitness Classes. Members only can book for classes online or via our App. If you want to attend a class, you will have to make a prior booking by phoning Reception, emailing us with the class you wish to attend or by seeing us at the Club during staffed hours. Our classes are limited to 30 Participants and our Members will get priority of place over Non Members if classes are at capacity.
