Specialized Choreography - If an instructor is asked to design a unique routine for your performance purposes/competition, including patterns, formations, your music selection, etc.) there will be an additional $200 per specialized routine which will go directly to the choreographer.  
Next Steps
Following the receipt of this form, an invoice will be emailed to you for a nonrefundable 50% deposit , so we can schedule instructors, lock in your dates,  and begin choreographing routines.  The remaining 50% is due on or before the first day of camp.
