What is a Support Group? Support Groups are groups of 8-10 students that meet once a week for eight weeks to discuss emotional concerns and life. They are a way to meet with other students and talk/learn about yourself and connect with others. It is an opportunity to get extra emotional support if you are struggling. The purpose of a support group is to provide students with a comforting, safe environment where they feel free to express themselves.
