Coldstream Master Plan Community Survey
Lexington-Fayette Urban County Industrial Authority has hired Gresham Smith to create a master plan for the 200-acre Coldstream site. The Coldstream Master Plan will evaluate infrastructure investments to prepare the site to attract new jobs, preserve and enhance the environment, and provide community assets and connectivity.

The project team hosted a virtual public meeting on April 28th at 6pm. If you were unable to attend or want to provide more feedback, we invite you to fill out this survey.
