Please select items you will be requiring for the show

REQUIRED* Show Coaching $85/ day: Trainers fill out all show forms and have required docs, ringside prep and coaching

Hauling $0.75/mile round trip per horse

Trainer schooling $10/ class- prep ride horses before entering ring OR day/evening before show

Evie's camping fee and food expenses will be split by the number of riders and billed out evenly

Groom fee $200/ day split between horses, tips accepted

Shavings can be ordered through show on your entry form or brought on your own. Minimum 5 bags required. Please check this box if you want shavings added to entry form

Show fees: stalls, tack stall splits, class fees, office fees etc are the responsibility of the rider/ parent and must be paid by the end of the show with cash or check

Riders should plan to pack and bring their stall bags with all tack/ blankets/ gear

Riders and parents are responsible for lining up their own hotels/ camping. Please check here if you would like a camp site added to your entry form

Horse Splits: Check here if you are sharing a horse for the show weekend (stall/ hauling fees will be split)

PARENTS~ I understand I am to be supportive of my rider. I will not discuss placings, fees, nor my opinions about the judges in any public place. I will be respectful of other parents, riders, and both Evie as the trainer and Donna as the assistant. I will not distract my rider during the show day, but will offer food/ drink/ love and support and then will watch from the sidelines and take photos/ videos. I will not coach my rider. I will not consume alcohol during show hours. PARENTS SIGN BELOW *

RIDERS~ I agree to be respectful of all riders and coaches. I will not complain about placings nor blame judges for the results. I understand I am continuing to learn and grow and will take every class as an opportunity to improve my riding and my relationship with my horse. RIDERS SIGN BELOW *
