2023/24 R.F. Bumpus Middle School PTO Executive Board Nomination Form
The purpose of this form is to collect interest in serving on the Bumpus PTO Executive Board for the 2023/24 school year.  

Nominees should have the time to dedicate to the work involved in serving our school.  They should be able to attend monthly Executive Board meetings that last approximately 90 minutes, normally on the 2nd Friday of each month.  All Nominees must be the parent or legal guardian of a Bumpus student during the 2023/24 school year.  The deadline to submit the form is March 5, 2023.
