ACT for Grade 11 Mar. 30: Opt-Out Form
This form is for senior students/families wishing to opt-out of the ACT on Tuesday, March 30.

All junior students are automatically registered for the test unless they complete this opt-out form. The ACT is not a required test.

It is not strictly necessary to complete this form to opt out of the test. However, it does help us in planning for the number of students, classrooms, and test proctors we will need on March 30.
