GCCS Parent Duty Deposit Refund Request
This form is used to request parent duty deposit refund if your child will no longer attend GCCS. If student continues to attend GCCS, the parent duty deposit will be carried over to the following semester.  
To request refund for more than one student, please put all of their names in the student name field.  Your refund will be mailed to you in about 4 - 6 weeks. Thank you.
