Why? Group workouts with like minded athletes! Get motivated with others around!

Fee? $25+HST to join the BT Summer Program (for PKPC, LC, GFGF, TPW, HEAL athletes), $50+HST for others

What does this get you?

1. Weekly training sessions (June 14 to Sept 30th):

Tuesday @ 7:15am - Brick or Bike Workouts (CNE, High Park or Beechwood/East York, 16 sessions) - Additional $150+HST
Wednesday @ 6:30am - Zwift Meet-ups - FREE
Thursday @ 7am OR 7:15am - CNE Run Group (16 sessions) -  Additional $150+HST
Friday @ 7:15am - Cherry Beach Swims (10 sessions) -  Additional $150+HST
Select Sundays @ 7am - Long ride meet-ups/not coached (Caledon) - FREE

$15+HST to drop in for paid programs (space permitting)
$325+HST for access to all the weekly training sessions - you will be given a promo code to register for specific programs

*Programs will be pro-rated each time there is a gathering limit increase
*Workout details will be made available should you want a training plan over the summer to follow on your own
*We may add more programs as the summer progresses

2. Access to Big Training Days: group fee not required for these

Big Training Day June 26th - $50+$5 Park fee + HST (Gulliver's Lake)
Muskoka Training Day July 10th - $55+HST
Port Dover Training Day July 24th - $55+HST

3. Swim clinics, Ironman prep session, Online sessions ...

*If you want to sign up for all the weekly group sessions, e-transfer $393.50 (coached) or $423.75 (non-coached)
3. Wait for Miranda to email you with registration links to sign up for your sessions

*NO REFUNDS on Summer Program fee, no REFUNDS on group training unless we have to cancel a session due to gathering restrictions or low registration. We will not be able to offer refunds if we have to cancel a session due to inclement weather. However, we will try to re-schedule the event. If this isn't possible or you can't attend the rescheduled event, we will try to offer a credit you can use for other events.

The health benefits of regular physical activity are clear; more people should engage in physical activity every day of the week. Participating in physical activity is very safe for MOST people. This questionnaire will tell you whether it is necessary for you to seek further advice from your doctor OR a qualified exercise professional before becoming more physically active.
 
If you are less than the legal age required for consent or require the assent of a care provider, your parent, guardian or care provider may complete this form on your behalf. Common sense is your best guide when you answer these questions. Please note you should delay becoming much more active if you have a temporary illness (such as a cold or fever). It is best to wait until you feel better.
