2024 Area 6 Sponsorship Application

Sponsorship Model

This match will be run using an all cash sponsorship model. The values listed below are for a cash donation to the match. Area 6 USPSA is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The vendor area will be located adjacent to the test fire and demo bay. Sponsorship levels that include live fire access will have the ability to demo guns, ammo, etc. in this bay for interested match attendees.

Comped match slots are not included in any sponsorship package. Pricing of all sponsorship packages has been adjusted down to accommodate for this. For any sponsors that would like to pay for a slot(s) for their sponsored shooter(s), we can arrange pre-payment and registration as part of your sponsorship payment.

Approval Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee desired sponsorship level of the match. Once an application has been received, it will be reviewed in the order it has been received. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to review, confirm, and approve your sponsorship application. Once everything has been confirmed, we will reach out to the email address that you provided in your application to confirm what next steps are and what all we need from you to move forward.

Sponsorship Payment

Once approved, sponsors can pay for their sponsorship via check. If a check isn't possible, we can make arrangements for payment via Stripe. We need to receive payment within one week of application being approved to secure your sponsor slot.

Match Slots

Comped match slots are not included in any of our sponsorships this year. If you wish to register a shooter for the match before registration opens, please let us know and we can set up pre-registration codes for you. For those doing the Vendor On-Site sponsorship package that would like to shoot during the staff match at a discounted rate of $100 (that's $150 off the full match price), please let us know how many vendors you'd like to register and we'll send you a separate invoice via Stripe.

If your sponsorship level includes vendor on-site access that you'd like to take advantage of, please describe the size of space needed for your vendor setup. For example: 10x10 EZ-up and table, small 10x5 trailer, 20x5 trailer, etc. We can not guarantee a power hookup in the vendor area.
