2024-2025 Volunteer Opportunities
The volunteer services of our families support many of the traditions of Notre Dame High School.  Our volunteers also play a crucial role in assisting our staff at community events. There are many opportunities to serve and support our school.  Below is a summary list of different groups within our community that you may be interested at participating in.  Please select any group(s) you may be interested in joining.  If you have any questions, please email our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteerNDHS@ndhs.org or call us at (818) 933-3605.

General Hospitality:  Volunteers will be supporting the Principal and President's offices at events, Campus Ministry and DEI events, etc. such as Senior Honors Night, New Faculty Meeting meals, May Crowning, Student Union/Club activities, etc. 
Advancement/Alumni Events:  Volunteers are needed to participate in our numerous committees for our Annual Gala/Silent Auction, Golf Tournament, Alumni Reunions, etc.  Our Annual Gala is Notre Dame's largest school fundraiser and committees gather as early as August.  
Admissions Events: The Admissions team needs volunteer assistance at our Annual Open House, Freshman registration day, Movie Night, HSPT Honors dinner, etc.  
Holy Cross Mothers Guild:  These women are members of the Holy Cross Mothers Guild who support the spiritual mission of Notre Dame High School.  They help provide services to our Immersion program, maintain the chapel, and hold an Annual Fashion Show/Luncheon to raise funds for the HCMG scholarship fund.  This committee meets monthly.  
Athletic Department:  Athletics needs volunteers to assist with their Annual Winter Wonderland Event/Wreath Sales, Football and Baseball Concession stands, Mega Store (clothing) at the Football games and events, hospitality assistance at their Sports Awards, and more!
