Thank you for enrolling your child in CitRUs, the Sunday morning children and teens ministry at Westside Baptist Church, for the 2023-2024 school year. In order for us to better serve your family, we would ask you to provide the following details about your child and your family, even though you have already completed this last year. Any child who has not completed this registration annually will not be included in our planning and communication.
Please complete this registration only if your child plan on attending CitRUs regularly. Any child who has not attended CitRUs for over 8 consecutive weeks will be considered inactive and will not be included in our planning and communication.
In order to start joining First Look, a child must:
1. have started attending preschool or kindergarten,
2. have reached 3 years of age, AND
3. have been potty-trained
Starting in July 2023, we will no longer offer a separate class for students in Grade 10 to 12. They are encouraged to attend the weekly regular worship services. If they still wish to attend XP3, they can still register for it but they must understand that they are beyond the age that XP3 is designed for.
Please submit a separate registration for each of your child.

By completing this form, it is implied that consent is given to Westside Baptist Church to collect and use the information provided for the purpose of operating the CitRUs program. You may withdraw such consent at any time by a written request.
